CANCELATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

12 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. 1 cancelation is allowed after that it is as followed. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are redeeming a gift certificate 1 cancelation will be allowed after that it will be marked redeemed. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged a $30 fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
You are considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive late, you will get the time remaining from your scheduled appointment and you will be charged for the full session. This applies to gift certificates as well. If a client fails to provide adequate notice multiple times (2/more) he/she will be asked to pre-pay for future services.  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the full session for their “missed” appointment, this must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Gift certificates will be marked redeemed. It is important that our Massage Therapist be compensated for reserved time slots.

Late Arrivals
Please text or call if you are running behind. If you arrive late, after 15 minutes you are considered a no show, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We look forward to serving you!
